We have leased and owned Honda automobiles for almost ten years. Besides the fact that it is a fine product we have received the kind of service that ensured we'd keep coming back. Without question - our relationship with JR has been an entirely gratifying experience. The man doesn't know the word 'no'...it's always 'we can do it now, or bring it in first thing, tomorrow will be fine, and so on. When we are waiting he even gives status reports on the services being performed. He has shown us how to properly use the bells and whistles on our ever increasing sophisticated machines and not once has he shown impatience with us. His knowledge, forbearance, and friendly accommodation makes it such a pleasure to do business with Brandon Honda. If I were his boss I'd give him a huge bonus! Seriously! Our recent purchase of a CR-V was a really satisfying experience. Hassan went the distance to assure we got all that we wanted from the accessories to the final price. And he did it without the trauma and the drama one usually associated with a new car purchase. His thoroughness and honesty and friendliness were obvious were evident throughout the negotiations. Ryan Aquino was also thorough and helpful. He patiently - maybe his most admirable attribute - walked us through the myriad and often confusing details of auto financing. To prove this point we actually changed our minds on the extended warranty and he patiently did over a whole mess of paperwork the next day. The IMA battery in my 2002 Honda Insight needed to be replaced. J.R. Disbrow went the extra mile by researching Honda warranty notices over the past year to make sure the replacement was done under the warranty policy. Instead of costing me over $3,000, my bill was $31.73...for the oil change. I highly recommend Brandon Honda and J.R. Disbrow for their service.
I have purchased three cars from this dealership and find them very customer oriented.

I bought a 2011 Honda Odyssey Touring Elite van back in October of 2010, when it first came out, and am very proud of that van. Mr. Disbrow, in the service department, has taken care of me and my van every step of the way. Whenever I have a problem or can't understand all the complex instructions in the car manual he has taken the time to correct the problem and show me how things work. I hardly have to open the hood knowing that Mr. disbrow and Honda has taken care of my van. I believe I made the right choice in buying a Honda product and am trying to get my wife to give up her Toyota and buy a Honda. I will recommend Honda to my friends because of the friendliness and experience of the staff in the service and sales departments.

I have owned a Honda for the last 12 years and have been having my car serviced at Brandon Honda for over 10 of those years. My service advisor is J.R. and he is probably the main reason why I stay with Honda. Last year when I was deciding whether to buy another Honda or venture into something new I thought about JR and decided that I would have to stick with a Honda in order to keep him as my service advisor. Now that shows you how much I trust his advise and judgement regarding the care of my vehicle. I know that I could take any car to Honda for service but I perfer to take a new vehicle to the manufacturers dealership. JR is honest and straight shooting and ALWAYS goes out of his way to accomidate my schedule and keeping my car running at top notch. I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership for service but in particular JR as your service advisor. Keep up the good work JR, we appreciate you!!

When most dealers had 1-2 in stock they had a HUGE selection!! I found the one I wanted and got a great deal! Dealt directly with the Internet Director Forrest Jones!
