Single moms! This is the place to go! I was so nervous to buy a car in todays market with the high prices and the terrifying thought of a car payment but JC Rivera and Darien made this process incredibly easy and comfortable. Not only did they give me so many upgrades compared to the original car I was looking at, they had my back sending me to Shaun for financing as well. Incredible deal, impeccable service and very single mom friendly! They have a little café in case you need to get something for your little one, they are completely judgement free of your little one running around and make sure they get you the vehicle you could only dream of for a price you can afford. Not only did these amazing people work day and night (yes that's right they helped me after hours to ensure excellent customer service and ensuring I get the deal I need) but they also helped me out immensely with my trade in! I can not recommend this dealership more! If you are planning on buying a car at any point, this is the place to go and JC Rivera and Darien are the people to see!

I had a wonderful experience with getting my first car. Anthony (AJ) and Darien Steele were the best !! They made sure that I got the best deal I could get. I love my car and I would high recommend going to Brandon Honda! You won’t regret it !

Excellent .My family and I have a great experience at the dealer, especially Jannelle and Darien , they know everything about all the vehicles and they are very professional on what they do , I highly recommend ask for this two persons if you want to buy a car they will get you going on new set of wheels !!!

I took my 2018 Honda Odyssey to Brandon Honda and the experience, service, and work was exceptional. I had called and made a 7am appointment the night before and got their a few minutes before 7am. Tom G., the service rep. assigned to me, was flat out 5-Star phenomenal. I had to wait in the lobby and work remotely from my laptop for my job so I couldn't be interrupted. Net-net, it was done on time, the work I asked to be done was completed and it was clearly explained on the invoice and the total cost was lower than what I was expecting. I highly recommend anyone who owns a Honda (and likes to keep it maintained), take it to Brandon Honda!

I purchased a used f150 from Brandon Honda and couldn’t be any happier with the whole experience! I dealt with Camilla through the whole process and agreed upon a price prior to my 2 hour trip. The truck was in amazing condition for being 14 years old and the price did not change when I arrived. Camilla was very professional and made the whole transaction a breeze. Overall was by far the best experience with a dealership and would not hesitate to buy another vehicle from them in the future.Thank you Camilla and Brandon Honda team!

Barbara and Carmen Federico had an excellent experience on Feb. 3, 2022 buying our New 2022 Honda CRV with both our sales rep Roger as well as the General Sales Manager David Farner. We look forward to using our Extended Warranty when needed and many years of Excellent Service again. We bought our 2012 Honda CRV from Brandon Honda and still driving it and love it. Now we own Two Honda CRV. Excellent vehicle. Thank you Roger and David for your Excellent Service.

Youssef Ch-Hab was the salesman helping me upgrade from my CR-V to a gorgeous Passport and was really awesome throughout the whole process. Even after the deal was done he continued to promptly answer my dumb questions with immense patience which I'm very grateful!There was also some confusion on my part regarding the contract and they carefully explained it to me so I was able to make the deal with confidence. They also helped me with a few service issues and Tom G. & Caroline in the service department were excellent! Overall the best experience I've ever had at Brandon Honda. Had some negative experiences in the past and honestly I was expecting the same this time, but I'm happy to say they've improved! Also, the Cuban at the Bistro was delicious! Only mild complaint was the receptionist could definitely use some customer service training, not very helpful and borderline rude. I'm guessing they may deal with calls from unhappy people and perhaps reflect that in their attitude dealing with innocent customers.

Yesterday I had the pleasure of working with Camila at at Brandon Honda and I want to say my experience with her was nothing short of amazing she honored the price that we previously discussed she help me find the best deal and a car that was perfect for my needs (I have giant children and needed a full-size sedan). All in all my car buying experience this time was much better than my first car buying experience. Thank you all so much for your help and it was definitely worth the drive from Daytona Beach.

Buying a car from Brandon Honda was the best experience ever but Janelle Villanueva really made the difference. She is THE BEST! Janelle was so attentive at all times before, during and even after our buying process. She took the time to listen to me and find me a vehicle that I really wanted (trust me I wasn’t easy). She definitely took great care of me and my family, very kind at all times, bilingual (great plus) and not pushy. She Answered every single one of my questions and made sure I was completely pleased. I will definitely recommend her to everyone and will make sure to go see her for our next car purchase.

Recently had 1st service (i.e. oil change and tire rotation) for my 2021 Accord. We've been longtime customers of Brandon Honda. This time , Tom Gernhart, Service Advisor, handled the service. Everything was handled in a timely manner. Always pleased with the customer service and quality of their work.
